Talented and passionate, our team brings a variety of skills to our clients.

A lot of what I do sits between people, strategy, communication, and execution. I help clients understand what they actually need, guide the process from idea to delivery, and make sure the right people in our team are focused on the right parts of the project.
Over the years, I’ve built my experience around human communication, business processes, sales, and client relationships - because great digital work is not just about websites, campaigns, or content. It’s about understanding people, solving real problems, and creating work that helps businesses move forward.
You’ll often find me meeting clients, planning new projects, improving our internal systems, or working with the team to make sure we deliver work that feels considered, useful, and aligned with the client’s goals.
And when I’m not working on the business, I’m usually out cycling through Stellenbosch, running along the Blouberg beachfront, or catching up with clients over a good cup of coffee.

When she’s not crafting marketing strategies, you’ll find her exploring new industry trends or sharing her expertise with the next generation of marketers.

My background is in recruitment and talent attraction, and through my work with Recruiters Unite, I’ve developed a strong eye for spotting people who not only have the right ability, but also the right attitude, work ethic, and fit.
At Involved Digital, my role is about more than just finding talent. It’s about helping build a team of people who care about what they do, communicate well, and bring the right energy into every project.
I believe great work starts with great people - and when the right people are in the right roles, clients feel the difference.
Outside of recruitment, I’m passionate about fitness, staying active, and creating meaningful conversations through my podcast, Betty & Me.

I work closely with Justin and the creative team to help turn ideas, briefs, and client requirements into clear actions. A big part of my role is making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and how it fits into the bigger picture.
With a background in marketing, I understand the balance between creativity and structure. Great creative work needs space to grow, but it also needs direction, communication, and momentum - and that’s where I help bring everything together.
Inside the team, I work in the hive with our creatives, helping manage production, keep projects flowing, and make sure the right work gets done at the right time.
When I’m not keeping operations in check, I’m usually unwinding with a good book, working on my latest crochet project, or diving into the world of video games.

I’ve been part of Involved Digital for nearly seven years, working across website design, user experience, performance improvements, technical updates, and support. My focus is on creating websites that don’t just look good, but feel smooth, simple, and easy for people to use.
A big part of my role is making sure the details work properly behind the scenes. Whether I’m refining a website layout, improving a user journey, fixing a technical issue, updating content, or helping a client with support, my goal is to keep things running clearly and efficiently.
At Involved Digital, I’m often at the front line of design and technical support, helping turn ideas into functional digital experiences and making sure clients feel supported once the work is live.
Outside of work, I’ve always been drawn to technology, gaming, AI, and space exploration. When I’m not fine-tuning websites, you’ll probably find me deep in a strategy game, following the latest AI developments, or thinking about the future of space travel and where humanity fits into it all.

I work across design, photo editing, photography, motion graphics, and digital content - using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and After Effects to create work that looks polished, professional, and aligned with your brand.
Whether I’m designing graphics, editing images, creating visual assets, or helping shape the creative direction of a project, my goal is to make sure the final result feels clean, impactful, and ready to use.
I’m always exploring new design trends, experimenting with creative ideas, and finding inspiration in the world around me - so I can bring fresh thinking into the work I create for our clients.

My focus is on creating and optimising campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and help clients get measurable value from their advertising spend. Whether it’s Google Ads, Meta campaigns, performance strategy, or ongoing optimisation, I’m always looking at what’s working, what can improve, and where we can push for better results.
At Involved Digital, I support clients by bringing a performance-focused mindset to the table. Creative ideas are important, but they also need to be backed by data, testing, and clear outcomes — and that’s where I help connect the dots.
I like the challenge of digital advertising because it’s never static. There’s always something to test, refine, and improve, which keeps the work exciting and keeps clients moving forward.
Off the clock, I enjoy long walks on the beach and winding down with reruns of Judge Judy - because sometimes the best strategy is watching someone else make the final ruling.

I joined Involved Digital with years of creative experience behind me, including five years as Creative Director at Thinkbox Creative Studio. Over that time, I’ve worked across videography, editing, design, content creation, and post-production - giving me a strong understanding of how to take an idea from rough concept to polished final product.
A big part of my role is helping clients turn their vision into something visual, professional, and usable. Whether I’m editing a video, designing creative assets, working in Adobe, refining footage in DaVinci, or helping shape the look and feel of a project, my focus is always on creating work that feels sharp, intentional, and well-executed.
At Involved Digital, I bring a hands-on creative mindset to the team. I enjoy the process of building something from the ground up, solving creative challenges, and making sure the final result looks and feels right.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends around a fire - most likely with a football match playing somewhere in the background.

My role is to get underneath the code and help turn ideas into functional digital products that work properly behind the scenes. Whether I’m developing app features, improving website functionality, solving technical issues, or helping bring a client’s digital platform to life, my focus is on building solutions that are practical, reliable, and easy to use.
At Involved Digital, I support the team by handling the deeper development work that connects strategy, design, and functionality. Great digital work needs to look good on the surface, but it also needs a strong technical foundation - and that’s where I spend most of my time.
Outside of work, I’m a pretty easy-going guy who enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and getting out into nature when I can.

I’ve spent over two decades in the media industry, including more than 13 years in television. During that time, I’ve worked across many parts of production - from line producing and directing to camera work, editing, and managing what needs to happen on the floor.
At Involved Digital, I’m often at the helm of mission control in the podcast studio, making sure the cameras, sound, lighting, people, and production flow all come together properly. My focus is on helping clients feel comfortable, prepared, and confident while we capture content that looks polished, sounds professional, and tells the right story.
I believe great media production is a mix of storytelling, technical precision, and calm execution. Whether we’re recording a podcast, filming a video, or producing content for a brand, my job is to make sure everything feels purposeful, well-run, and ready for the audience it’s meant to reach.
Outside of work, I’m usually out on my motorbike, exploring new tech, or watching a good movie - whether it’s an old classic or the latest release.

My role is to make sure the numbers stay in check, billing stays on track, and the admin details are handled properly so the rest of the team can focus on delivering great work for our clients.
At Involved Digital, I work closely with the team to keep things clear, structured, and up to date. Whether it’s billing, accounts, follow-ups, or keeping financial details organised, my focus is on making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Because while the creative work may happen out front, there’s always important work happening behind the scenes - and that’s where I help keep things moving.

I joined Involved Digital after completing my BCom in Digital Marketing, and I’m passionate about helping businesses grow, improve how they show up, and position themselves for long-term success.
A big part of what I enjoy is working with people, asking the right questions, and understanding what a business is trying to achieve. Whether it’s through marketing, strategy, creative ideas, or digital solutions, I enjoy being part of the process that helps clients move from where they are to where they want to be.
At Involved Digital, I’m constantly learning from the team and growing into the world of client relationships, business development, and account management. I see every challenge as an opportunity to improve, and I enjoy being part of a company that values communication, accountability, and execution.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, training, spending time outdoors, and challenging myself through new experiences. I’m also passionate about creativity and entrepreneurship - from creating content and exploring fashion and design to building ideas that have the potential to make a meaningful impact.

A big part of my day is recording, cutting, shaping, and refining video content so it feels natural, engaging, and ready to use. Whether it’s product content, behind-the-scenes footage, social videos, or creator-led campaigns, my focus is on making content that feels authentic while still being polished and purposeful.
Outside of Involved Digital, I’m deeply involved in the skating world. I own Lino Skate Shop and have built a strong reputation as a recognised rollerblader and creator in the skating community. That background has shaped the way I work - fast-moving, creative, hands-on, and always looking for the best angle.
At Involved Digital, I bring that same energy into content creation, helping brands show up in a way that feels more human, more relatable, and more connected to their audience.
