THE INVOLVED DIGITAL STORY
Founded in 2017 by Justin Hayward, Involved Digital, a digital marketing, advertising and digital strategy specialist, started out as a small digital marketing agency managing social media accounts. Today, Involved Digital is a 360º full-service digital marketing, advertising, branding, online strategy and web development agency. It took a lot of hard work and countless nights of non-stop work. Presented with the perfect opportunities, we grabbed them with both hands and overcame many obstacles, making sure we pour every bit of energy and dedication into our projects to deliver masterpiece works. This is what has earned us our title as the peak of innovation, perfection and digital success.
Our vision, quite simply, is to be “The world’s premier online advertising and marketing company” Living up to that title does not mean being the biggest but it does mean being the best in terms of consumer value, customer service, employee talent, and consistent and predictable growth.

We are fully aware that our social, environmental and ethical conduct has an impact on our reputation. Therefore we are committed to continuously improving our performance, efficiency and use of natural resources.
Involved Digital expects that all of its business is conducted in compliance with the highest ethical standards of business practice. We apply these standards to all dealings with authorities, employees, customers, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders. Our Ethics Policy has been developed to ensure that the Company’s business is conducted in adherence with high ethical and legal principles and sets standards of professionalism and integrity for all employees and operations.
Involved Digital is effectively its employees, management and assets. So, we aim to find, keep and engage the highest caliber of employees and officers and encourages their contribution and development. Appropriate career paths and internal recognition programmes are developed for both technical and non-technical staff. Health and Safety
All employees are expected to be engaged in maintaining safe work practice through involvement in health and safety meetings and through conducting safety inspections. They are given safety training at commencement of employment and regularly throughout their career with the Company. We maintain a Health and Safety Plan (HSP), which addresses new regulations, procedures and actions to improve health and safety. We have in-place processes for understanding their risks including hazard identification and risk assessment.
Good environmental practice and the impact that our operations have on the environment are of great importance to Involved Digital. We are committed to sound environmental management. The main aim of our environmental policy is to comply with all applicable environmental legislation in all jurisdictions in which we operate and to adopt responsible environmental practices.
Involved Digital aims to build stronger and healthier local communities through education, direct support of local communities, charitable donations and support of non-profit agencies in the communities in which we operate. Compliance with Laws, Rules, Regulations and Investigations
Employees, officers, and directors are expected to comply in good faith at all times with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in all jurisdictions the Company operates. Employees, officers and directors are required to comply with the Involved Digital Policy on timely disclosure of material information and provide full, fair, accurate understandable and timely disclosure in reports and documents filed with, or submitted to, regulatory authorities and other materials that are made available to the investing public.
