What is a user?
A user refers to an individual email address that is personalised for a particular user [ you@yourcompany ]. However, group email aliases such as sales@yourcompany and support@yourcompany are not considered additional users and are included in the pricing plan.
How do I buy and pay?
You can begin your journey by reaching out to one of our Relationship Manager from our sales team. Following this, you can pay using a credit card or, depending on your business’s location, through direct debit.
If you prefer, you may also choose to prepay by making a manual payment to your account.
Can I upgrade my Email plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your Email plan with your Relationship Manager at any time, or call us on 021 012 5556.
Can I cancel my Email plan?
Cancellations request are only accepted in writing, via e-mail to billing@involveddigital.com on or before the 1st of the new month as it carries a calendar month notice period.
