How do I buy and pay?
You can begin your Hosting journey by reaching out to one of our Relationship Managers from our sales team. Following this, you can pay using a manual payment to your account.
Can I upgrade my Hosting plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your Hosting plan with your Relationship Manager at any time, or call us on 021 012 5556.
Can I cancel my Hosting plan?
Cancellations request are only accepted in writing, via e-mail to billing@involveddigital.com on or before the 1st of the new month as it carries a calendar month notice period.
