Can I cancel my Website Care plan?
Yes, you have the option to cancel your website care plan at any time. However, it’s important to understand the implications of cancelling the plan. By cancelling your website care plan, you will no longer receive the ongoing updates, maintenance, and support services that were included in the plan.
Cancellations request are only accepted in writing, via e-mail to billing@involveddigital.com on or before the 1st of the new month as it carries a calendar month notice period.
